1. About Connectpik

Connectpik is a digital platform that helps YouTube creators collaborate with other creators for Travel Vlogs, Podcasts, and Gaming projects. Creators can post collaborations, accept requests, create milestones, and manage payments transparently through our wallet system. The Platform is owned and operated by ZagDomain (OPC) Private Limited, which handles wallet transactions, invoice generation, GST compliance, and dispute resolution.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering or using Connectpik, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Payment & Refund Policy. If you disagree, please discontinue using the Platform immediately.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must own a valid YouTube channel.
  • You must provide correct and updated details such as your email, channel link, category, and state.
  • You agree that all collaborations will follow YouTube guidelines and Indian law.

4. Platform Role

  • Connectpik acts solely as a facilitator between creators.
  • We do not employ, represent, or guarantee the performance of any creator.
  • All milestone payments, refunds, and disputes are managed transparently through the Platform.

5. Account Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials.
  • Connectpik is not liable for unauthorized account use or data shared outside the platform.

6. Collaboration & Milestone System

  • Creators can post collaboration opportunities (free or paid).
  • Once another creator applies, the post owner can accept and create a milestone.
  • Chat unlocks only after a milestone is created.
  • Within chat, creators can update milestone status as:
    • ✅ Completed – Work completed successfully.
    • ❌ Cancelled – Collaboration cancelled.
    • ⚖️ Dispute – Disagreement or issue raised.

7. Payment & Wallet Policy

  • For paid collaborations, the buyer adds funds to Connectpik Wallet before work begins.
  • Funds remain on hold until the milestone is updated.
  • When milestone is marked Completed →
    • 20% platform fee (inclusive of GST) is deducted, and
    • 80% is released to the creator's wallet.
  • When milestone is Cancelled → Full refund to the buyer.
  • When milestone is Disputed → Connectpik investigates and decides; refund may be partial, full, or none.
  • Connectpik's decision is final and binding.

8. Billing, GST & Tax Responsibilities

  • If a user does not fill billing information, Connectpik has full rights to use the user's login, registration, and state information to generate invoices or receipts.
  • If a user is GST-registered, it is their complete responsibility to enter valid GST details in the Tax Information section of their profile.
  • Any mismatch, incorrect, or incomplete details related to GST, PAN, or TDS are entirely the user's responsibility.
  • Connectpik is not liable for invalid GST input, incorrect invoice generation, TDS mismatches, or failed credit claims arising from wrong user information.
  • All invoices and receipts are issued under ZagDomain (OPC) Private Limited in compliance with Indian GST law (SAC Code 998222 – Online Intermediary Services).

9. Creator Responsibilities

Creators must:

  • Maintain professionalism during collaborations.
  • Use the chat system only after milestone creation.
  • Avoid off-platform payments.
  • Provide valid billing, GST, and KYC details.
  • Ensure uploaded data and documents are accurate.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes must be raised within the platform via milestone status "Dispute."
  • Connectpik will review chat logs, progress, and submissions.
  • The final decision (partial refund, full refund, or no refund) will be made by Connectpik and is binding.

11. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, spam, misuse, or policy violation.
  • Refunds or wallet balances will be processed as per refund rules.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • Connectpik provides its services "as is."
  • We do not guarantee collaboration success or income.
  • Our total liability is limited to the platform fee received for that collaboration.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to Delhi jurisdiction.
