Any video content, audio, images, text, and other multimedia (collectively, the “Content”) created during or as a result of the collaboration may be published on YouTube, the Platform, or any other platform or medium as determined by us.
- Ownership Rights: By uploading or submitting content through the Platform, you grant us (ZagDomain OPC Private Limited) a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, distribute, and promote the Content on any of our platforms or third-party platforms, including but not limited to YouTube, social media, and marketing materials.
- Rights to Edit: You give us the right to edit, modify, and adapt the Content for various formats or promotional use without needing to seek additional approval from you.
- No Additional Compensation: You understand that you will not receive any additional compensation for the use or distribution of the Content, except as agreed upon in individual collaborations.
Eligibility
To use Connectpik, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent if you are a minor.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and features of Connectpik are owned by ZagDomain (OPC) Private Limited. You may not use any intellectual property belonging to the Company without prior written consent. This includes the Content you submit or create as part of the Platform.
Payments and Fees
All payments for any services offered on Connectpik are processed through ZagDomain (OPC) Private Limited. The Company reserves the right to modify fees and charges at any time.
Limitation of Liability
The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Platform.

Dispute Resolution
